ILHAN OMAR FACES IMMIGRATION INVESTIGATION, POTENTIAL DEPORTATION

Jack Smith Tracked MAGA Hat Purchases

As I finalize the newsletter, there is new reporting that federal agents have been searching through Democratic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar’s garbage for DNA evidence, according to News Nation.

If true, it is the kind of investigative tactic used to determine if a suspect has committed immigration fraud by marrying a family member.

There is a long-standing allegation, not independently confirmed, that Ilhan Omar married her brother to secure his citizenship, a claim she has fiercely denied to various media outlets.

The “dumpster diving” was reportedly done before this week’s high profile raid on Omar’s home near Capitol Hill.

As investigators hauled away boxes of potential evidence, reporters learned that investigators are probing allegations of immigration fraud involving her late father and potentially others.

Subpoenas were issued to multiple family members.

While there is effectively no statute of limitations for the government to revoke U.S. citizenship obtained by lying or fraud, it can be challenging, if many years have passed since the alleged fraud and key witnesses are dead.

However, seasoned investigators are aware of multiple paths for prosecution, including one law enforcement strategy used against a notorious American-born al-Qaeda terrorist.

But first, whistleblower records and subpoenas reveal Jack Smith’s team tracked Americans who purchased MAGA hats.
